Very good location, close to the bus stop, we arrived from Skovde. Rich breakfast, very good restaurant with local food (mushroom soup). And very good wine. The guy in the restaurant was very kind and comunicative. Perfect tourist information centre in the town, they arranged the transport to Tivedens national park for very nice price (130 SEK for 3 persons together).

Second time we stay at Tivedens. Even-though it is a long drive from Arlanda, the landscape makes up for it. Specially if you drive the country-side roads. The Vanderheim is in a prime location having three National Parks in the neighbourhood and a couple of quiet, beautiful lakes. We particularly enjoy the sauna a lot. It is a great hut and being just next to the river, it is inviting for the whole Scandinavian sauna experience. Due to the airport chaos, our flights were a bit delayed but the hosts were very accommodating and prepare the sauna for us even when we arrived a couple of hours late. We are already looking forward to next summer to visit Tivedens again :)

Lovely little house in a perfect location, very calm surroundings, beautiful nature and some cute little bunnies hopping around our house. The hosts were lovely and very helpful, we would definitely return one day. Very appreciated and highly recommended.

The view really is fantastic and invites to the first coffee in the morning or to enjoy the sunset in the evening. The cabin is small but offers everything you need including a well equipped kitchen. The landlord is very kind, easy to reach and supports where he can whenever a problem occurs. The city of Karlsborg and the Tiveden National Park are nearby and offer great opportunities to spend the time. Thank you very much for this awesome experience!

Loved the little harbor and the sunsets on the lake. lots of free space in nature to explore or just to chill to! amazing place to visit and relax to! we enjoyed the sauna and a swim on the lake on a frame that looked stunning and ureal! landscape with wooden houses, the harbor, the sunset, the chessbord, wha a lovely and relaxing painting!
