We were delighted to with the brand new facilities, fantastic air conditioning, and the vicinity to Sunset Beach. Just a quick walk around the corner and BAM! This is a very quiet condo complex that’s been kept up well. There’s no restaurant so one has to walk to neighboring restaurants or Saltmills which is a 5 minute walk. Right on Grace Bay with incredible views. Loved that there was never a fight to get a seat & umbrella.

Loved that everything was close. Being in our 80’s we didn’t need to walk very far to reach, pool, restaurant or beach, or accommodations. Staff very polite, food delicious, loved all the lights and candles at night
