It’s a lovely place, managed by a very great host, Mirzo. It’s very clean as you have to take your shoes off before entering. The service was outstanding and the location was what we look for, a very quiet surroundings but not too far from the shopping street and restaurants.

I stayed at this hotel twice (a total of 4 nights), and for my next visit to Dushanbe, I’ll choose Sunrise again without a second of hesitation! The team is absolutely lovely—both the reception staff and the lady who prepares breakfast are incredibly kind and welcoming. When I arrived, they had arranged for a taxi to pick me up at the airport. Later, Asad even accompanied me to buy a SIM card. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. The homemade breakfasts are generous and absolutely delicious. The location is perfect—right next to Cyrus the Great Park and the Opera House, with plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby. In short, if you're coming to Dushanbe, I highly recommend Sunrise Apartments. The team will truly make you feel at home. A big thank you to everyone! Note: Sunrise is located in the building just to the left of Hotel Vatan. Upon arrival, you can send a message via WhatsApp to the team so someone can come down to meet you, or ask the reception at Hotel Vatan to notify them.

Hotel Atlas is really nice - from the free airport pick-up to fast and easy check-in and room being ready early it was a great start! Relatively quiet area slightly east of the very centre so we used taxis a bit - the front desk will always call one and explain to the driver where to go - and will also set you up with the best local ride-sharing app. Very good selection at the included breakfast buffet.

This is such a great place to stay. Big rooms with Aircon, comfy beds, exceptionally clean. Run by a nice family who definitely goes the extra mile to make your stay pleasant. I booked for one night but ended up staying longer. The breakfast is generous and delicious and served in the beautiful garden. It's not marked on Maps.Me and Google maps yet, so look for house number 22 on your left.

Best apartment in Dushanbe and one of the best places we stayed at in Central Asia. Apartment has everything you need and is in a great location. Owner was super helpful and even helped us get a local sim. A real gem! It is in the same building as beland hotel but this place is so much better!

Highly recommend this apartment in Dushanbe. We have had only pleasant experiences there. Gorgeous interior and furnishings as per pictures. Fully stocked with cookware, kettle, utensils, water dispenser. Comfortable for cooking at home. Great location- next to Rudaki park, the newly built Parlament building, within walking distance to Children’s Park, Children’s Theatre, Mazza cafe, National Museum of Tajikistan, Paikar supermarket. Very safe and quiet location. The bed is big enough to fit families with kids. The host was very polite and responsive. Would love to come back!
