I went in low season so exceptional value for money, hence the high scores. Cooked breakfast of fried eggs and sausages, and friendly staff, all who spoke English. Very close to the aiport which I needed, and I plan to stay again tomorrow on my return.

A delightful cosy flat which was very comfortable and had everything we needed for a very enjoyable stay . The decor was very smart and modern and the living area very spacious + kitchen and bathroom were very functional . The new building is itself, a work in progress as new residents settle in , but that was not really a problem. It just needs a bit of a clean up in common areas and outside . Our flat was spotless !!! Many small markets surrounding the flats + 2 much larger ones about 10 mins walk away . We were able to walk to all the attractions and parks within the city . We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Cosy Flat for 8 days

Absolutely nice hotel! Central place, amazing view at the historical riverside Syrdarya! Close to all you need,to the museums and city park. They serve nice breakfasts (they have freshly brewed coffee), the facilities are also good. Wifi is lower on the upper floors, but it is good in a lobby. The lobby is big and decorated in old tajik style. The restaurant area is beautiful, big and light. The hotel is big and has a look of a historical building. Staff is responsive. They have the room for ironing your clothes. Lifts work very well. The TV set is modern and has many channels, including local and foreign channels. Cold and hot water, shampoo, shower gel, toothbrush, installed hair dryer. We were at the conference in a conference hall on the lobby floor- the hall is light, big, fresh, well equipped with mics and the screen and overhead projector, and well decorated. I enjoyed my stay and next time in Khujand I will be staying only here! Thank you very much!
