An incredible courtyard mansion turned into a boutique hotel, perfectly located to be accessed easily from all direction. The breakfast is unreal, served fresh to you. Our room was on the top floor, a stunning "royal" style suite. The staff was super helpful and even organized us some activities, warm thank you! On top of everything, a fantastic value during off season.

Client service: Exceptional client service.I was not happy with my first booked suite.The reception staff kindly changed it immediately and upgraded me to a better suite. My trip plans changed after the first night stay. Hotel management staff, Ms.Marwa, was very understanding and modified my booking accordingly without any issues. Suite: My suite was clean and spacious. Was happy with the comfy king size bed, kitchenette and the large living area with flat screen TV. Wifi internet was strong and the two TVs in the suites were both equipped with android boxes to watch Netflix and YouTube. Room service: I ordered dinner and was happy with the quality of food. Clean, tasty and good portion. Location: close to many Cafés and restaurants in the lac II area. Thank you to staff and management at ADAM hotel suites and special thanks to Ms.Marwa at the front desk who made sure everything was great. Will definitely come back soon and stay longer to enjoy the accommodation.

Very hospitable host. There is no shop right nearby, so a couple of bottles of water were very handy. The apartment is clean and comfortable, nicely decorated, and it’s about a 7–10 minute walk to the nearest shops and restaurants. Quiet, and the apartment has everything you need for a short stay.     Went back there right after I left cause the place was so well maintained, fresh and modern rooms. Restaurant was so nice too for a late dinner with my wife. Very welcoming staff and very helpful. Security guys always there to help with car parking. Very welcoming. And the receptionists were outstanding, especially Mr. Ramzi. Very professional and very friendly. He really added a lot of value to our stay. Thank you mr. Ramzi.

    The host Taha was super available and supportive in all aspects of the stay in the structure. The flat has a terrace where to take sun discretely and two very comfortable bedrooms.
