Very friendly owners, they were also really kind with our baby. Baby bed and baby chair were available. Beautiful view on the ocean, Greece and the sunset. There are several nice beaches really close. Also Çeşme and Alacati are super close. Reastaurants, small supermarkets in walking distance. The appartment was well equipped, but you should bring your own dishwashing products. It’s great if you are looking for a calm vacation!

The breakfast was really nice, and the people working there were absolutely lovely. We didn’t have a charger, and they kindly lent us one at night. Çetem, the person in charge of serving breakfast, truly had the kindest heart. Since taxis were hard to find, he often became our driver—taking us everywhere and picking us up at any time. He would even sometimes stay up late just to be ready to pick us up from our nights out. He’s someone with a genuinely big heart, and thanks to him, we took home some unforgettable memories from this trip.

We had the pleasure of staying in a newly opened, modern hotel that impressed us from the start. The rooms were not only stylish and comfortable but also spotlessly clean. Daily cleaning was done diligently, ensuring a consistently pleasant atmosphere. The location of the hotel is excellent – close to the center, so you can easily reach the town center on foot. The beach is about a 10-minute drive away, and the route is simple and enjoyable. The service and safety at the hotel were outstanding. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful. A special thanks goes to Mr. Emin and especially Mr. Yilmaz, who made our stay unforgettable.

    Family business located in a beautiful and newly built building. It has clean and comfortable rooms which has sea view. There is a very beautiful beach within walking distance. Since we rented a car, transportation was very convenient because it has a very nice parking lot. If you are going to stay in the Dalyan region, this hotel will be a very good choice.

    Location is excellent, very close to nice beach (like 2 min walk). Very close to town center/marina (like 10 min walk) where good coffee shops, restaurants and shops are located. Whole place and around feels as very relaxing, and just set for great vacation. Free no problem car parking (you need car if you are there I'd say). Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Hope to return some day!

    Breakfast was really nice, it was traditional Turkish breakfast with eggs and a side pastry that was changed everyday. The taste of jams in breakfast was really good as well. It was only 5 mins to city center by car and the hotel got free parking on the street.
