I stayed at Mudanwan Villa in January 2023. I was absolutely delighted by the experience. The resort was breathtakingly beautiful, the staff extremely kind and helpful, and the food exquisite. This may be the most beautiful and tranquil resort in Taiwan, and has a unique tropical atmosphere not able to be found at other high end resorts. The hot springs in particular were quite exceptional. You could strongly feel the high mineral content in the water, and the theraputic quality on the skin. The villa I stayed at was well appointed with both indoor and outdoor springs, which were a pleasure to use, especially in the ambient tropical garden outside. The architectural standard and design of the villa was also extremely beautiful - a rare combination of classical Japanese and Aboriginal Taiwanese elements with chic contemporary style. I was also very lucky to have the incredibly kind support of the staff, who went above and beyond their duties to assist with our wellbeing and comfort. I could not have asked for a more enjoyable stay.

Great staff, so helpful, easily translated all info into English for us. Great value. Allowed us to store our bicycles inside the building too 🚴🚴 Room was comfy, clean and spacious. Great location too, right next to a Seven Eleven store 👍 Highly recommended ☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️

Very awesome place en route of the cycling route 1! Lots of places to eat around there. Owner was friendly and let me park my bike inside. Also there's a washing machine to be used for free which helped a lot! Would recommend.
