The location is perfect with access to restaurants, shopping and freeways really convenient. The apartment was very nice and furnished to a high standard, two bathrooms and a well fitted kitchen.free secure covered parking for two cars. Distance from parking to apartment is less than 40 yards. The highlight is the swimming pool on the roof, which the 9 year old we had with us enjoyed every single day. Access to attractions like Universal Studios and Theme park only 15 minutes away by car. Plus The Griffiths Observatory & Griffiths park only 30 minutes or so away. Slightly further away are Venice Beach & Santa Monica pier, but well worth the journeys. There are some very good shops within 5 minutes walk including a Nordstrom store and a Trader Joes. Disneyland is approximately between 1 to 1.5 hours depending on the traffic. Shopping Gallerias are plentiful including Glendale and Northridge both within short driving distances. My daughter lives in North Hollywood and this was the perfect place to stay whilst visiting. Not cheap, but you get what you pay for and I would not hesitate to book again. Minor observations are that there were no instrucions in apartment for the A/C, oven etc and it would have been nice to have an air fryer available to use. Most holiday lets also do a booklet outlining how to operate everything plus guides on where to visit etc. This is something which I think the owners might well address going forward. Overall I would give this apartment a 9/10 marking.

Friendly and helpful service from every member of staff I encountered. Really nice room with all the comforts you would expect at a hotel of this caliber. Dinner at the Polo lounge was excellent, good quality food and nice ambience. The complimentary upgrade was a nice touch.

The property is like a beautiful tropical oasis in the middle of LA. The location near Sunset plaza is excellent with restaurants nearby. It’s tucked away and not directly on the main road which makes it better. The restaurant is beautiful, good food and service. The breakfasts choices too were good. The front desk is very helpful so is the concierge. We spent 5 days and had a wonderful time.
