    I loved how close it was to the river. It was super quiet and (I know this is weird sounding but) communal! I loved the short time I spent at breakfast hearing stories of other people’s travels and I loved how nice and welcoming everyone is. Parking was convenient and the room (yes, even the bathtub next to the bed) was SO COOL! 10/10 would stay here again.

    Location excellent, opposite the river, easy to find and no problems with parking. Room was comfortable, large and quiet. It looked exactly like the photos online and the check in/out process was easy. We briefly met the owner next door and she was friendly and greeted us warmly but wasn't intrusive. We only stayed one night but I'd definitely visit Kernville again and stay here.

    Very nice sized room. Rustic but not primitive with comfortable beds (really!) Little kitchenette with sink, fridge and microwave- even gave us popcorn to pop. We had a disabled room and parking and access to the room was easy. The hotel is right on the river but a general store/deli is across the street. I would recommend this place highly.
