We booked the room a few minutes before we arrived at the hotel, the staff at the reception welcomed us warmly and did everything they could to help us, whether it was charging the car with electricity, recommendations for a good restaurant, and more. The hotel is very nice, simple and clean. The room is very large and spacious compared to hotel rooms. It was very clean. recommended.

Helpful an friendly staff, I requested a room on the 1st floor an they were accommodating. Clean facility Comfortable beds clean room Kids loved the heated indoor pool Hot breakfast was great Location close to the flea market was nice. We have found our place to stay in the smokies.

Our room was exceptionally clean. The staff was very friendly and professional. The free continental breakfast was more like a buffet and it was excellent. This will be our place in the future :-)

    They had a good selection for breakfast. It was hot and made to order. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Parking was good. Plenty of spaces for the guests. The hotel sits off the interstate. It's easy to get to and is a great location to get to Knoxville or Sevierville/Gatlinburg.

    It was cheap. Dirt cheap. Also right next to Bucee’s, pretty much in the same parking lot. There were no bed bugs, and the facility was reasonably clean.

    Extremely clean! Outdoor patio with fireplace was our highlight of our stay! Decent breakfast, Small decent size gym, lots of safe outdoor parking lot space to walk for a exercise, simple but modern decor with modern charging ports for devices. Staff was most welcoming and in my opinion, this hotel ranks better than some 4 or 5 star hotels. I would stay at this hotel again and again and highly recommend this hotel. Shout out to their staff and management.

    I like the location. In the same parking lot as Bass Pro Shop. Pretty cool. Distilleries closely and a sweets shop. Does offer grub hub and instacart. Complementary breakfast was awesome the air conditioning worked very well
