Rooms look recently refurbished with new flooring and furniture.We stayed in spa bath king-size room. Bed was lovely and huge tv was brilliant. Spa bath provided a good soak after a long drive. Staff very friendly. Whataburger next door and Chisholm bbq across the road. Ice machine and drinks vending machine on site. Great location.

The house is very comfortable, located in a quiet and nice neighborhood. It has a large kitchen, and the rooms are clean and well-lit. If you're looking for affordable accommodations close to San Marcos for shopping or Austin for bars, this is the perfect location! It's located 1hr from the San Antonio airport.     The 1st room they put us in already had someone in it and the 2nd room was a little creepy having an adjoining door to the next room , not something that a woman should have to worry about. The night staff guy was always outside sitting in the golf cart so I could get him on the phone so I had to walk up to the office to get him. Also in the parking lot people were playing music very loudly from their cars .
