I was pleasantly surprised! This old motel has been totally remodeled and the rooms are large and beautiful!! Everything is new, the beds so comfortable, quiet, great water pressure/shower, room for the dog to run around, amazing personally cooked breakfast, great couple run the place....it could not have been any better. I ever stayed an extra night!

The motel was clean and very comfortable. The owner was friendly and helpful. We will absolutely stay here again! We really liked it. The hot tub was small but clean and relaxing. We loved the grills and picnic tables for guests to use. The gazebo was adorable and beautiful!!

Great location. Beautiful view. Block away from the beach, restaurants, arcade, boardwalk. Comfortable bed. Great hospitality. Owner was very personable, courteous and friendly. She was quick to respond to my questions, and requests. I would definitely stay there again…

The management is incredibly professional and kind. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and memorable, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The servers are just as amazing—always friendly, attentive, and welcoming, creating a warm atmosphere throughout my stay.     View of the lake (sunrise) was very nice in the morning, location in downtown Meredith convenient for walking into town, on site restaurant had reasonable prices and good food (Common Man establishments), clean rooms/facilities, free parking, seemed like there were a number of activities available through the hotel (snow shoeing, ice skating, etc.)
