Nice place with everything one would need (almost fully equipped kitchen, good bathroom and even an iron), but a... window, as it used to be a garage. The other problem was the AC, that was too strong (was quite cold because of that) without the possibility to control it, as it is connected to the main system at the house it's attached to.
