We stayed two nights while sightseeing the area. Our room was on ground level, extremely clean, the king bed was comfy, and we heard very little noise above us, or from the parking lot. That being said, I know what one can expect from aforementioned properties. The Oakley Sleep Inn is a touch above average. Both hot tub and pool were open and clean.
