Because the breakfast was served at the mansion next door--which had several steps up to the front porch and without any hand railings, we decided to skip the breakfast altogether and went down the street to a restaurant instead. The house itself was nicely decorated and had many interesting antique furnishings which my wife especially enjoyed. Everything was very clean and staff made us feel welcome.

    Such a good experience I had to write a review. Wanted a simple getaway at a more affordable hotel with girlfriend and her young kids who think it’s fun to stay in a hotel and go swimming. This place could not have been any more perfect. Staff was incredibly friendly and competent. Everything from the parking lot to the lobby to the pool to the room was pristinely clean and organized. Breakfast was solid for a predictable hotel breakfast. We arrived to peace and left in even more peace. Nicely done!

    The breakfast was very good. I did not rally care for the eggs but loved the biscuits and gravy on Sunday. The pool and hot tube were excellent. The rooms were clean and there was amble parking.
