    This hotel is not supposed to be like a fancy resort but it was great for what it is. We stayed one night but plenty of other guests appeared to be using it for extended stay. Hotel was very clean in all areas (lobby/halls/elevator/room/bathroom). Front desk staff and housekeeping was noticeably pleasant - very happy to help in any way they could. Super accommodating and approachable - they did not seem bothered by requests. Parking lot/area around hotel felt clean and safe.

    The woman at the counter was very friendly and helpful. As the property was new, there were no pics online of the rooms so we were taking a chance. The room we got was spacious and clean. The coffee in the lobby was a nice touch, and the security door from the lobby to the elevator was nice too. The location was great ss we were there for a 1-night stay before jumping on a cruise from Port Canaveral. Parking was ample as well.

    Everything was found exactly as the pre-instructions had said and it was easy. The parking space is right next to the apt. which made unloading easy. The street is quiet and there is a nice, tiny park almost directly across the street where you can enjoy the water view.
