This place has a really good location and really matches the beautiful pictures. The rooms and the pool area is really nice and clean. Breakfast is really good. Bicycles could be better maintained, but they are free to use.The staff are all very nice and helpful.I highly recommend this place.

The host is very a very sweet person - she was there to help if needed but also left us alone if not! In home stays I often have the feeling that I have to interact a lot with the host, which wasn‘t the case here at all. We felt very free to come and go as we wanted :) Also, the view from the balcony is beautiful! It is nice to live outside the city of Ninh Binh, but also not in the heart of Tam Coc. Though, the restaurants/ATM/etc. in Tam Coc are easy to reach by bicycle or scooter. We rented both for our sightseeing tours which were also not so far from the accommodation.

We came at 6am after a sleeper and the owner was very helpful with the early check in. The place is nice, the restaurant at the front is good, the place got nice vibe. The location booking shows is off but the owners make sure to contact you and help you find the way.

Kevin, the host, and his family is extremely friendly and welcoming, which makes you feel at home from the first moment. Free bicycles are available, and you can also rent a scooter directly on site. Plus, there’s a great pool to relax in after a day of sightseeing. Everything is peaceful, comfortable, and done with so much care.
