Free WiFi is offered throughout the property. The location is beautiful , the facilities are excellent and the staff superb . The staff goes out of the way to make your stay very enjoyable . We particularly appreciated the services and warmth of restaurant manager of Verbena restaurant and Scangar at Spices , who went out of the way to explain to us about the food and the history of Burgestock .

Very nice hotel, friendly staff, excellent restaurant. Big room, comfortable beds, great bathroom. Perfect choice for visiting the region and avoiding the extremely expensive and crowded Lucerne.

Facilities include a private cinema and a wellness centre. I’m used to traveling the world and staying in 5-star hotels, but I have to say — the level of service here was on a whole different level. I’ve never experienced anything like it before. Everything was flawless, and the attention to detail was simply mind-blowing. We were unexpectedly upgraded to a Corner Suite with a stunning lake view for our honeymoon, which was such a lovely surprise! The handwritten congratulatory note, signed by every member of the staff, was a truly brilliant and unique touch. We kept that letter as a souvenir Thanks for making this stay memorable

The restaurant serves fine seasonal cuisine with many products from local farms. It is open from Tuesday to Saturday from 6.30 pm. This was such a beautiful surprise. Haven’t enjoyed staying at a hotel in a loooong time. The ladies who run the place are super warm and welcoming. They host all guests for an Apero in the evening (maybe was a Xmas thing, but I loved it a lot) the room is spacious, clean, warm, nicely furnished, has coffee and tea facilities and a minibar. Comfy bed and a couch to lounge on. The dinner at the hotel was spectacular. Very meticulously curated 3 course dinner and the lady chef put all her love and creativity into the dishes. One massive plus: they arranged a welcome corner for my dog with a bed and two bowls.
