They gave us very good recommendations on where to eat, how to arrive to Lucerne, parking there etc. The rooms were good size and the beds comfortable, which were very much needed after a long day travel or a day exploring the area. The place was spot clean, great views and quiet nights. Breakfast was very good. Quality and delicious food with good variety.
