Any request or need I had they responded immediately and provided me with whatever’s needed (adapter, water, communication with services) with no delays. The hotel staff does a great job in being the middle man of offers like tours and activity packages, like trekking, quad biking, horse riding and more by communicating with the companies and providing you with the necessary information. The room was a bit cold for me, I told the receptionist (Etuna) and they immediately sent the heater technician who adjusted the temperature at the heaters and they provided me with an extra heater that I can adjust the temperature as per my needs. My last day I checked out early before the breakfast time and they prepared me a lunchbox to take with me for my trip back to Tbilisi. And they provided me with a ride to the Marshrutka bus as a service. Soecial thanks to Avto, Armas, Vakho, Giorgi, and Etuna I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to experience the lovely city of Gudauri.

The town doesn’t have a lot to offer, so you will end up spending majority of your time in the cottage which this is the cottage to stay at. The host is very responsive. Overall great experience and would recommend.
