Mrs. Lia, the bar attendant, has overwhelmed us with warmth, excellent recommendations and exceptional drinks. Our cleaning lady has graciously accommodated our schedule and has taken very good care of our room and ourselves and whishing us a very good day with a smile every time. The reception has facilitated everything we needed, from early checking to early departure. Truly professional!

Offering rooms with a private balcony, Pension Ptolemeos is situated 20 metres from shops and bars in Fira and 200 metres from the Caldera. The land lady is the sweetest sole I have seen in my life. From check in till the check out, she was so helpful and accommodating. She helped me by giving touristic places information, allowed me to early check in and gave me great treatment. The rooms are pretty big and comfortable with basic amenities and the pool is very accessible from the room as well. Most of the places are nearby from the hotel, which makes it easy to commute. Even the room service ladies were so helpful and sweet, which makes your vacation wonderful. Thanks again for all the ladies working in the hotel.

We had a beautiful stay at Santorini palace ! Every single person from the staff was very kind, smiling and very helpful ! The hotel is beautiful and it has a great location few minutes walk from Fira and other points of interest . I thought it was a perfect hotel for a family with children and they even provided us with a cot for the baby . We had a room facing the pool and it was beautiful . Across the road from the reception you can see the caldera. It is the same view as in Fira but no tourists. I thought that was amazing . We would definitely love to come back !

Roulla Villa, situated just a short walk from Perissa Beach, offers an outdoor pool with hot tub facilities and weekly Greek theme nights. My parents do not speak English, and the staff was attentive to them and helped them a lot, my parents asked me to leave them a good review, highly recommended!

Check in time was at 3 pm, but our flight arrived at 8, and the stopped by hoping to just drop off our luggage so we could tourist about the island, but the staff invited us to an extra day of the fantastic breakfast and rushed to have our room ready around 12. The staff went way above and beyond to take care of us and give a great experience. Especially for the price, I cannot recommend this resort enough. You're getting a 5-star resort for the price of a mediocre hotel.
