I had an early departure, and they graciously prepared breakfast for me even outside of the regular breakfast hours. Their hospitality truly made my stay unforgettable. Highly recommend this hotel!

The property is allergy-free and is situated 300 metres from Ottaviano Metro Station. Really enjoyed staying here. Great location in Rome, feels safe and super close to popular shops and the Vatican. Also very close to the metro stop so made it really easy to get to. The bed was comfy, everything was nice and clean, great little kitchenette. I didn't meet any staff but the host was so helpful, lovely and responsive over WhatsApp, even taking the time to provide me with lots of tips and suggestions for places to eat. Also kind enough to offer for me to leave my bags there the next day, which was incredibly helpful as my flight out of Rome was not until 11pm that night! And no rush in the morning with check out or breakfast.

What we valued the most was customer approach and super nice communication with Renata. Due to our flight delay we did had check in after 8 pm and Renata waited for us to let us in. Location is very convenient - metro station is close by if you want to reach old center and Vatican is 15 min away by foot. Room is convenient and comfortable, fully equipped with toiletries and water/juice. There was also some snacks in the fridge and tea/coffee with pastries. We did had small nice balcony coming with a room -perfect for breakfast. Size of the room was good for our 2 nights stay. Nice experience, really good value for price paid and extremely customer-centric approach. Very easy communication with Renata over WhatsApp.

I sent a message to the hotel and told them we were so disappointed, as it was our 40th wedding anniversary. When we got there the next day Alexandra was amazing and when we got to our room we were upgraded for free! The hotel also left chocolates and a gorgeous welcome letter.
