Very boutique and run very efficiently. The staff is just amazing, especially Arjun who is always so helpful and hard working. The pajamas and amenities are very high quality and the breakfast is delicious and excellent value. Location is right near the old town, less than a five minute walk to all the attractions and 10 minute easy walk to the station. Would absolutely return to this gorgeous town and wonderful hotel.

The staff was exceptionally helpful even when we had issues contacting another hotel as they only offered a Japanese phone line.

The staff was super kind and helpful! A small but very intimate onsen helps you relax. Bed was comfortable. And the traditional japanese breakfast was amazing! I would come back again! Everything is amazing in this hotel. I stayed in a family room, japanese style, very traditional. What a comfortable room, clean, very well equipped and with several ammenities. The breakfast is fantastic with 3 choices, but I'd suggest the japanese one to close with a full japanese experience. Finally, the staff is so lovely and very attentives with everything.
