It was super clean and well appointed. There is a good-sized living room and dining room area and a kitchen (no oven but not needed). There is also a washer and dryer in the apartment. Location wise, it is near Wilson Airport (and was about 25 minutes from NBO). It is a short Uber ride from grocery stores. I'm not sure how walkable the apartment is; Bonnie suggested we take a taxi to stores and that would have been most comfortable although we didn't have time to do that anyway. The best thing about this booking is Bonnie! On arrival he was available in the middle of the night to communicate with our Uber driver if needed. He was also available by text during and even after our stay. When you are in a new city, it's nice to have complete trust in someone to help with logistics!

We were accomodated with any request we had and with top class customer service. Our room offered spectacular views over Nairobi, was very comfortable and exceptionally clean. The pool and gym facilities were spotless and very inviting. Our lunch was so delicious and all of the staff were so lovely. Siphrah who looked after us for dinner and cocktails was so lovely and engaging and was the best host. The best latte macchiato in Kenya was had two days in a row. The takeaway breakfast for our early morning flight was the best offering we have ever had - and packaged so nicely!! Highly recommend for any stays in Nairobi.
