Everything was perfect in this hotel. I booked room with jacuzzi, but when I arrived with my wife, at reception we were told that we got upgrade to the big villa apartment with jacuzzi 😍. It was the best vacation and experience.

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming - they even gave us a little tour and explained the history of the area. They were always ready to help if anything was needed in the room - for example, they brought us a heater. The breakfast buffet was good, and there was a great guy at the reception who made our stay even more pleasant with his kindness and humor. The area is full of great restaurants within walking distance, and it’s also conveniently located for visiting other towns. The nature around is stunning - truly a beautiful place to stay.
