We went to Gozo for our celebrations and we couldn’t choose a better hotel other than Santa Lucija! We acknowledge the staff about our visit and we had a very nice room for us with a bathtub and Prosecco! Thank you so so so much! Irene and Natalia at reception were very kind and helpful The facilities are lovely and when the indoor pool is finished I bet it will excel the experience Thank you for all the staff! Our recent stay at this hotel started off with a small hiccup — there was a mix-up with our room upon arrival. While it wasn’t ideal after a day of travel, the way the staff handled the situation truly made the difference. They were calm, courteous, and quick to resolve the issue, and as a gesture of goodwill, they offered us complimentary breakfast for the duration of our stay. It was a thoughtful touch that we really appreciated. Once settled, our stay was smooth and comfortable. The room was clean and quiet, and the breakfast we received each morning was fresh, varied, and a great start to the day. Mistakes happen, but great customer service is what sets a hotel apart — and in this case, the team really went above and beyond to ensure we still had a positive experience. We’d gladly return and recommend this hotel to others looking for attentive service and a welcoming atmosphere.
