Wonderful location and very friendly staff!! Would highly recommend this hotel. We had a room with a balcony looking at the water. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was awesome.

Hotel Alexander is only 200 metres from the beach in Noordwijk aan Zee. It includes free WiFi and the Alexander Beach Club with a panoramic sea-view terrace. Very big plus it's Azzurro Spa nearby of the hotel in the roomprice. Restaurant is really good. Breakfast not fire, but enough.

That said, I never found it unbearable, and the upside is you’re only a flight of stairs away from a tasty dinner or an easy breakfast the next morning. I stayed in the city room on the third floor. The room was spacious, bright and had a high ceiling. Amenities are good quality. Warm room and building (rare in Dutch standards). They provide abundance of coffee capsules. The building is in a decent neighborhood. Two Albert Heijns and a small park nearby. The staff is extremely friendly, helpful and attentive. I would definetely recommend this place. Good price for such quality.
