Located in Chitwan, 1.2 km from Tharu Cultural Museum, Hotel Tree Tops- A Serene Friendly Hotel in Sauraha provides accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a terrace and a restaurant. The accommodation offers a 24-hour front desk, airport transfers, room service and free WiFi throughout the property. We had a wonderful stay at the Tree Tops. The room was very comfortable and there was plenty of space. Shower was hot and the WiFi always worked! The balcony was a lovely place to relax at the end of the day. The rear window overlooked the rice fields and the sunrise and sunset views were stunning. The restaurant provided us with some of the best meals we’ve had on our journey. Tham Magar is a fabulous cook. Eating on the porch was magical and let us watch the world go by. We were not far from the high street in Sauraha but we spent most of our time exploring the local Tharu community which lies in the opposite direction. (The Tharu cultural museum in that community is well worth a visit.) Since we were in Chitwan to visit Nepalese friends, we didn’t do any of the jungle treks but there is a wealth to choose from and the owner, Mr. Dilip Poudel, and his son, Sanjay can organize those for you. (Mr. Poudel was always a wonderful source of information!) As travelers for the last few years, we believe that location and the quality of the accommodations are key. However, the heart and soul of a hotel is the owners and staff. In addition to the Poudels, Diup Chaudhary was constantly a source of kindness and support. His smile is infectious. And Rina And Sabitri made sure that everything and everyone was well cared for at the Tree Tops. Definitely a 10/10!

There is an in-house restaurant and free private parking. The accommodation provides free shuttle service, full-day security and currency exchange for guests. Very helpful in organizing our custom safari tour. We were able to book only the activities we wanted and they charged us a fair rate for everything. The food was also awesome good and the menu is large and diverse.

This is a luxury hotel at an affordable price. The decor and fixtures and fittings are stylish and modern. The shower was the best! All staff were all so friendly and helpful. We were looked after so well. Milan at the front desk made sure our holiday went smoothly and was very attentive to all our needs. The breakfast was delicious with excellent coffees. We also ate dinner and lunch here and all the food we ate was delicious and reasonably priced too. We did 3 excellent trips with Raj our very knowledgeable safari guide - a walking safari, a canoe trip and a jeep safari. Due to Raj’s knowledge and patience we got to see a wild rhino up close! All the staff made us feel like family and nothing was too much trouble. We were sad to leave. Milan arranged private transport for us to Bhaktapur and it’s a long drive but the driver was very professional and safe. Highly recommend everything about this hotel! It was even an easy 10 min walk to Main St and the sunset viewing platform in town.

I had a great stay at Tara house, Such amazing kind n generous family running the house Always smiling, helpful, and just offering from the heart That's why i felt home away from home... The room is spacious and clean with hot shower. Good WiFi. I loved the beautiful green cozy garden full of ducks and chickens...so peaceful. The house located in quite area away from.the main street and the noise. Yet it's like 20 min. Walk to the main street of Saurah where many shops,restaurants. There is nearby river like 5 min walk. Almost 30 min. Walk to Saurah bus stop..or you can take a tuktuk for 200 Rupees. It is almost 30min walk to elephant breeding center Just FYI. ..If you love and care about animals, i don't recommend getting a ticket and get into the breeding center itself cuz it's truly a heart breaking seeing the poor mother elephants with their babies in chain just for the sake of the tourists to take photos and have fun.. I felt regret that i made it to the breeding center and had to watch that crime ....i didn't know that was the case Apart from that...the surrounding forest of the breading center is really worth visiting and enjoying the sunset their by the river ... Vikki can book for u Safari tours and also the bus. He arranged private tuktuk ride to 20 thousand lake for 1500 Rupees. And also booked for me the bus to Kathmandu for 900 rupees. A good location for a relaxing getaway in Sauraha, Tiger Corner Inn Homestay is a bed and breakfast surrounded by views of the quiet street. The property features a garden, terrace and parking on-site among other facilities. A hot spring bath and a bicycle rental service are available for guests. There is free private parking and the property offers paid airport shuttle service. The best place, in a quiet area with a beautiful view and very close to the Main Street. Clean and specious room with good shower and fan. Prakash and his family are very nice, kind and sweet. I really enjoyed my stay with the. Helped me to organize my full day safari for a good price. I had Surendra and Samer as my morning guides during the walking safari and they are absolutely the best. We even saw a leopard which is extremely rare. I would highly recommend to do the tour with them. I also did the jeep safari in the afternoon, which allowed me to see more of the park and enjoy more of the marine life that this beautiful place has to offer.

Bishnu and his family are simply delightful! From the room to the great Nepalese food, to the amazing animals and birds! What we saw from rhino's to the amazing birds and the garials were simply stunning!A lovely family which helped made it simply memorable!
