The staff were helpful and took in our lost bags when the airline delivered them when we were out for dinner. The facilities are fantastic, there isn’t anything we could think of that was missing!

Love this hostel- It didn't really feel like a hostel but more like a hidden gem accommodation with spa. Very clean, great staff, safe and comfortable bed. Also one of the best massage I had- very professional staff. I initially booked for 1 night as it was very close to the airport and I stayed for 2 nights as my flight to Siargao got cancelled mid-air, so I was able to return and tried my luck the next morning to get a seat on the plane on day 3 ( the proximity to the airport did make this possible for me although I had to go to the airport twice in the morning) can access the airport by using their transportation service or get a grab.
