It was a very lovely stay in this exceptional apartment. We loved the hot tub indoors and outdoor, sauna and the little gym. Beautiful location :) Apartments were soacious and immaculately clean, very well equipped too. Highly recommended!

This is a fabulous budget hotel. Exactly what I was looking for to escape a few days of 40 degree heat in Toulouse! I was particularly impressed with the awareness of potential noise from other rooms. The TV volume doesn't go up very loud and I was given a room with no neighbours - without having to ask (i know this isn't always possible if they are busy). There is always something to eat or drink there at very good prices breakfast, dinner... . They can't guarantee parking but if you ask they will see if they have a space in their garage. Reception are warm and friendly while remaining professional. Everything very clean. Absolutely superb and I hope to be back soon.

Great hospitality by Marian and her son Andre, we were family of four for two weeks and stayed at a two bedroom and two bathrooms apartment with a stunning view from our three balconies of mountains and tobacco field. Rooms are clean and cozy, and beds are comfortable. At their restaurant la Tulipa they serve delicious hot sandwiches and evening pizza, and a great menu for meals by choice. Also, the local bus stop.is right near the Aparthotel and for just 20 sent we had a ride to the center of Ordino from our Arans area. From Ordino there's an L6 yellow bus going to Andorra la Vella every 30 minutes for just 1,90 euro. We'd love to come back to Arans la Tulipa when again in Andorra. Just opposite the Aparthotel there's a picturesque walking path up to El Serrat with modern scalpures, mountain river, meadows, horses, and sheep.

The appartment is perfect. Very big with super comfy bed, it has great location 2min from the lift, tons of restaurants and shops just on thr same street. The flat is super big, clean and confortable It has an amazing suite with a jacuzzi bath perfect after a day on the slopes. The check in was super easy and the host left us some welcome gift which was super nice. There was also a welcome book with all the info and recomendations needed. The host was super helpful and quick to answer. If i come back to pas de la casa this is the only place i will stay it is just amazing!

Loved this hotel - from a warm welcome to delicious meals in the restaurant and breakfast as we requested. Peaceful location with spectacular views and nearby lake. Staff were particularly helpful and concerned when we had a mishap and needed a few extras out of normal hours - room was spacious and modern bathroom.

The apartment was a duplex which was nice having an upstairs and downstairs. It was very clean and well equipped with a good range of kitchen equipment, hair dryer and extra bedding if required. There are 2 bathrooms, 1 upstairs and downstairs with bath and shower facilities. The bed was super comfy and warm. Really well situated apartment just 5/10 mins walk into the center. Toni on reception was great answering messages quickly and provided bus info for getting up to resort from Andorra la Villa, (L4 to Pas de la Casa.) The check in instructions were very clear and easy process throughout.
