Honestly, I didn't expect to be that good. Brand new hotel, so everything was brand new. High quality and bespoke fittings throughout. Loved the shower, and the quality of the mattress,you only can find that in the high end luxurious hotels. The service very friendly. Not to mention the breakfast, it's was so tasty and plenty. Best experience.

My stay here was absolutely incredible. The house is in a beautiful and peaceful location, with breathtaking views — the perfect place to completely disconnect from the busy, noisy life of London. Wow! Dear traveler you have found a hidden gem! Bik and Antoneta are exceptional people, they were our really good friends for 2 nights, they gave us home made Raki, goat cheese and yogurt that Bik make and spoke with us into the night telling us all the good stories We cooked for them and they cooked for us (and gave us more and more Raki) We really don't have more words to describe but this was one of the most special, authentic and best experience we had in Albania! Thank you Bik and Antoneta for everything, will definitely come again some winter to have more fun with you - it is felt that you are doing what you do with love and passion Much love! :)

Really fantastic. The staff is so kind, friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean and confortable.The beds are also confortable and reasonable price. The views are amazing.Mount Tomorr was very close and can be visited to spend a more attractive weekend.The guy who accompanied us to the location was a great guy. He told us much about the village of Kapinove, the stories and legends of Mount Tomorri. Everything you need is there food, drink and music. There is a fantastic bar. The food is traditional of the area and delicious. I recommend you to visit this guest house to spend a nice and different weekend.

Vila Nea is perfect! Our hosts were kind, friendly and extremely hospitable. We were running late to arrive and it wasn’t an issue, and we were running late in the morning and they insisted on serving us the most delicious breakfast. The beds and linen are the most luxurious we’ve stayed in, and rival those of 5 star resorts. The bathroom is bigger than most hotel rooms! The secure parking was right out front, and they watched our car while we explored the town. The promenade is a short walk away. We considered returning to Berat on our way back to Tirana so that we could stay again. Vila Nea is an excellent place to stay!
