This is a very nice house, you have your own privacy. Everything works well there. Hosts is nice and have good communication. Taxi is not so expensive so don't worry about the distance to Ijevan. There is your own kitchen and bathroom. I recommend it, I had a nice time there. WiFi works well so you can work good also

The host is wonderful! What a sweet lady. The location is perfect. If you have (younger) children with you, this is the place! Great outdoor space and options to sit outside when it rains. The breakfast was really good and for diner we had multiple good options to choose from. Great rooms showers and comfy beds. At our stay we had really bad wheater but still a great stay! Extra +There is a (really) small shop nearby. It has some beers soda and vodka, cigarettes fruit en vegs and some basic household stuff +A few tracking routes start nearby the hotel. +Great rural place ++And again, the owner, she made the stay so good!

Spectacular views and great property. Amazing weather changing from bright and sunny to cloudy with some rain but always pleasant temperature. Cordially welcoming owner of the hotel Serj and staff in general. Great food. The whole family loved the staying, will certainly come back.
