I had a wonderful stay at this hotel—everything was truly perfect. A hot breakfast was thoughtfully served as early as 3 a.m., which was a great convenience before our flight. The transfer service was smooth and punctual, and the staff were exceptionally helpful and professional throughout my stay. The room was very well equipped with all the necessary amenities, ensuring a comfortable experience. The only minor issues were the noise from the road when the windows were open, and the absence of a tall mirror, which would have been a nice addition. Overall, highly recommended—I would definitely stay here again.

I only stayed at the hotel for a few hours, prior to catching a late flight. The accomodation is very spaceous, clean and staff is very friendly and helpful. Meal was nice and the price reflects very good value for money.

Located close to the airport, clean, good value, nice breakfast, free pick up transfer from the airport, this alone would be enough to recommend this place to everyone looking for just that. But what makes this place outstanding is the owner and his entire family, who are extremely hospitable and outgoing, taking care of their guests and trying to fulfill every need of them. Great place for chilling. Erick and his family made the stay very pleasant and stress less. The property itself is greatly renovated and well taken care of. Inside it looks like a traditional Armenian house. Shall I say more? It’s really close to the airport and super comfortable for early morning flights. Definitely will be back

The room assigned to me was exceptionally spacious and clean. Breakfast was included and I expected to dine in the common room, but I was pleasantly surprised when Ms Irina delivered it to my room promptly at 9am :-) I am very grateful to her for preparing a delicious spread just for me ;-) As it was winter, the room was warm enough, and the heater was working wonderfully. Most importantly, and I couldn't stress this enough---the host Mr Hayk promptly responds to every query and never fails to keep in touch. My appreciation also goes to Mr Artak who made sure I get to the airport on time.
