Exceptional place, tranquility, beautiful, super comfortable room, lovely host, everything was fantastic. We had an amazing rest and the city is also very easy to reach by car or direct bus from Elixhausen. Will choose again, no question.

It is a beautiful place to stay in Salzburg. It is very close to the bus and train station so it allows you to move in the city and the surroundings very easy, other good thing is that the bus that comes from the airport, pass very close to the hotel so you don’t need to walk a lot with your heavy luggage. The place is very cozy, they gave us some welcome snacks, which was great and the staff is very kind.

Super location! Only one minute walk from central square of cathedral. Unlike the expectation for the old hotel in Europe, all equipments are new and functional including sufficient hot water from shower and bath tab even on the top floor. Small roof balcony from spiral staircases is charming for coffee break and breakfast. Finally Ulrike at reception takes care all for visitors kindly and cheerfully, Super!!!

This was the best hotel during our vacations in Austria - truly hidden gem. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcome. Staff is exceptional - we had friendly interactions with Mr Rohi from the reception and Mr Cajetan - both extremely nice and helpful. Credits go also to the staff at the bar and breakfast room -I have no names but they were all super nice and this means a lot - as a guest it makes you feel special. As for the hotel itself, it is a hidden gem in Salzburg - we already plan to visit the city again and stay at Boutique Hotel & Villa AUERSPERG as this trip was far too short. To summarise: 1. Great location - walking distance to Mirabell Palace & Garden and old town. 2. Parking available and easily accessible 3. Room spacious and well equipped with coffee/tea/water facilities plus personal welcome message :-) and sweet Mozart Kugeln 4. Cozy bed and lovely bathroom with all needed amenities 5. Welcome drink 6. Delicious breakfast with a great variety, hot and warm options (including warm ginger drink, avocado etc.) 7. Magical garden with beautiful nature and bee corner - employee of the month ;-) 8. Amazing facilities - working space, couch, pillows etc. The hotel has great Management and there is nothing we would improve. Thank you to the entire Team for warm hospitality. Vielen Dank!

    The area is adorable, with an accessible location the spa is lovely and of course the pool is very nice. The food is wonderful, both for dining and breakfast. The staff are very nice, the common areas are beautiful, heated floors in the bathrooms, well decorated and spacious rooms. The robes are lovely (but stained).

    Beautiful hotel in a stunning location. The facilities (room and spa) were excellent and the staff were very helpful with anything we needed. It's beautifully located, in a village just outside Salzburg- close enough to visit for an afternoon, far enough that it's quiet.

Nice spa and wellness area with multiple beds and relaxing spaces. fitness center with panoramix view on the surroundings. located in a small village a short hop away from Salzburg which allowed us to roam around the area.     Staff were some of the most kind, fun, and helpful I've encountered, the spa & pool area is beautiful with stunning views, the room was comfortable and clean, bathroom had heated floors, the food was great, easy location with transit or car.
