The hotel owners are very good persons, so lucky meet so good ppls. My wallet was stolened in halstatt, the hotel owner and his family member help me to customer service and her wife even borrow me some crashes. That's help very much! Thank you very much!!! The apartments are spacious and luxurious with the decor tastefully done. Our host, Sandra, is a delightful person. She went out of her way on Christmas Eve to welcomed us and brought us coffee and chocolade on our day of departure. The location is great. Everything is within walking distance. We had a lovely stay. We will recommend our apartments without hesitation.

First time using virtual check in, I was not sure what to expect but throuhh email communication everything was explained. Studio was very well equiped (complimentary tea and coffee plus everything you need for cooking), parking is in garage with plenty space. Everything opens on code (with your mobile phone) once you pay (need to pay in advance). There are also few brekfast spots in the village if you don't want to cook.

    The location of the apartment is great! And small garden with the outcome to Bodensee is a nice bonus. The apartment is big and cozy. You have everything you need for the nice stay. Separately I would like to highlight hospitality of Sandra. She provided best service to accommodate me and my dog. And helped with advices.

    Very clean, comfortable, charming apartment in a very convenient location with short walking distance to the town and all the activities in Hallstatt - yet still a good enough distance from the tourist crowd. It was just a 2 minute walk to the bathing island at the lake. Included parking was available next to the apartment. Owners are available in the house across from the apartment, they were friendly (not hovering) and helpful with local advice. Pet friendly with no additional fee.

    A wonderful (pet-friendly) hotel, with great location. The room was clean, spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Bathroom and toilet were separate, and very clean. Breakfast was abundant, and rather tasty.
