Loved the room, location and the staff. Room was large and airy with great amount of storage. Right on the slopes so really convenient for skiing. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Really good breakfast with great selection.

Alpen Hertz Romantic hotel was one of the best in our long history of skiing. The hotel is clean, looks new, the rooms are large and the hotel is close to the ski slopes. Excellent food. Dinner menu is wide: you can choose meat, fish or vegan dishes. The food is lovingly prepared, like in good restaurants. Plenty of vegetables. Large spa area at no extra cost. The swimming pool is open 24 hours a day. Plenty of different temperatures and types of sauna. Every evening there are sauna programmes organised by experienced masters. There is an outdoor pool. There is a large relaxation area. There is a separate area where you can get body and facial massages and other treatments for an extra charge. The hotel tries to organise additional entertainment for its guests, so that every evening is not a boring one. There is a bar area where you can sit with company during the day and in the evening, have a tasty drink or an extra snack. There is enough space for parking. Everything looks solid, new, tidy and clean, very well fitting the spirit of Serfaus village, that looks too nice to be true. Nice balcony and kitchenette made me pity that I couldn't use them longer. The village is nice and quiet, so the sleep is deep and relaxed. We could also find a place in underground garage of the hotel, which is a huge plus for a hot day. The Summer card, sold at tiny price at the hotel, saves huge amounts on cable cars that you'd pay if you are not staying in the village. And the time spent in the mountains over Serfaus is quality time!

    Hotel is in an excellent location for walking biking and exploring the area we went in July 24 , our room was very clean and the views of the mountains were breathtaking, would highly recommend this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, Bernadette on reception is outstanding and couldn’t have been more helpful. Area very child friendly.
