The service and friendliness was outstanding! Extremely helpful and caring straff and very charming house. Rich and very nice breakfast. We had dinner outside with view to the beach and sea. The dinner was very tasty. Safe parking.

Loved the apartment! Very well renovated with absolutely new furniture and appliances in a newly constructed residence. Good area with 4 pools available on site and more pools, beaches available in the Sea Breeze main area. Access to aqua park right nearby. Tennis and squash court on the premises for free. Check in was very easy and host was extremely supportive. Will definitely stay again!

Our stay at the Secrets Room was great. The host was really welcoming, kind and available whenever needed. He provided us with a 3 pin converter as soon as we arrived and showed us around the apartment. Not only that but he also found us conveyance to the airport and paid for it himself which was very kind of him. The apartment was comfortable, warm and cozy with a lovely view of the city from the balcony. The floors were heated which helped in the chilly weather. All the mentioned amenities were there. The lighting inside the apartment was superb. We had an incredible stay in this apartment.

Review for Caspian Seaside Village, Baku I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Caspian Seaside Village in Baku with my business colleagues during COP-29, and it was an unforgettable experience. We were there for four days of leisure, and this beautiful property exceeded all our expectations. The location is perfect—nestled near the Caspian Sea, offering stunning views and a peaceful ambiance that made it an ideal escape from our busy schedules. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, providing everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The real highlight, however, was the host. I can confidently say that they are one of the most amazing individuals I have met in Azerbaijan. Their hospitality, attentiveness, and genuine warmth made us feel right at home. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, from arranging local recommendations to making sure we were always comfortable. I highly recommend Caspian Seaside Village to anyone visiting Baku, whether for business or leisure. The combination of a serene environment, excellent facilities, and an exceptional host truly sets this place apart. I’m looking forward to returning on my next trip to Azerbaijan!
