The location is amazing and the staff and service was impeccable. Ski on and Ski off was so easy. For a small fee the hotel can bring you and/or your luggage from the cable car to the hotel by snow mobile which the kids really loved. Breakfast in the morning and dinner in the evening at the hotel was just perfect. We can't wait to go back again. My little son said it was the best weekend package and skiing he has had.

The natural beauty of the spectacular property the hotels are situated on is simply amazing. The hotels provide superb service, from booking to the wonderful, friendly & knowledgeable staff on arrival to the property. My dining experience did not disappoint. I enjoyed the delectable freshness of each meal & the delightful presentation. My room was spacious, clean & quite modern with an amazing alpine view. The fresh orchids in the room added a very nice welcome touch to the ambience which is set for guests relaxation & rejuvenation.

Excellent location overlooking Lake. Safe car park for motorcycles. Food was excellent and staff friendly and the serving staff in restaurant very helpful.

Wow! The views from this hotel are spectacular! The staff was so nice as I booked at the last minute. The hotel is dog friendly (15 euro extra charge) and you can even eat a very nice dinner with your well-behaved dog. Plenty of hot water and pressure. Great amenities inside the room.

Location of the hotel is great if you like to be at the lake side, our room was from the street and was not loud. Resturant has very good food and staff is very kind. Free parking on side which is normally very difficult around the lake. If you have a dog, I recommend to go up the hill , around lake there is almost no grass. Its quite a walk up hill but very beautiful. Very close to the lif to many hikes, we took as well boat across the lake , we had great time !

Beautiful, clean room with fantastic views. Really dog friendly. Exceptional attention to details - bowls and mats for dogs were provided. Staff very friendly and professional. Absolutely nothing to complain about.
