Location is outstanding. Amazing views of the enchanting lake Brienz and the Giessbach Falls and surroundings. Sleep experience is excellent. The Hotel architecture and interior decoration is of such fine artistic taste and luxury, it is a gem. Quite classical and historic as if one is living the high life in the 19th century. Cuisine too was of a high standard with great variety and quality. Excellent restaurant staff attitude and courtesy.

The entire experience was fantastic from check in to check out. The staff were so friendly and accommodating, even offering to drop us to the train station! We had the 2 bedroom room which had the best view I have ever seen from a hotel room, and was super spacious, comfortably fitting 4 of us in 2 very separate bedrooms with a foyer, living room and balcony. We wish we could have stayed longer and will absolutely be returning the next opportunity we get. Cannot thank the hotel enough for everything, they exceeded our expectations in every way. This is probably the best hotel experience I’ve had.

Fantastic spot with parking out the back. Staff where friendly and offered helpful advise. Unfortunately didn't get a lake view room but room was plenty big enough.

Our stay at Holiday Home Bellavista, right next to the stunning Lake Brienz, was absolutely wonderful. The location is truly special, and the highlight for us was definitely the balcony overlooking the lake and the mountains. It was simply beautiful to just sit there and chill, soaking in the breathtaking scenery. We enjoyed a relaxing two-night stay at Bellavista, and it's worth noting the added convenience of a dedicated parking spot for our vehicle. This made our arrival and departure seamless. If you're looking for a tranquil escape with incredible views of Lake Brienz, Holiday Home Bellavista is the perfect choice.     The location is near to train station, walking distance. Nearest grocery store is Coop and there is a popular pizza restaurant called Bino within walking distance. This penthouse is located at level 2, heavy luggage might be an issue but it was carpeted stairs so easier to drag heavy luggage. The surprise is that this house has one additional small room, enough for one pax or one adult one kid beside three rooms stated (Two on second floor, one on lower floor), so it can fit 7-8 pax.
