The experience was absolutely incredible. The view of the mountains is worth a million—truly breathtaking, and I’m not exaggerating. The staff went above and beyond, making us feel completely at home. Our room was spotless, cosy, and full of mountain charm. The restaurant was a standout—everything we had for dinner (lamb, beef, pork, shrimp cocktail, desserts) was fresh, high-quality, and clearly prepared with love and expertise. Breakfast was equally amazing—delicious and plenty of choice. Couldn’t recommend this place more highly!

When I opened the door, I immediately felt warmth and comfort, as if I had entered a real home. These apartments have everything you need. The only thing we could not find was the washing machine. We did not ask the host about it right away, and when we realized it was missing inside the apartment, it was already too late. It is important to clarify where the washing machine is located. At first, I thought these were just rental apartments, but later I understood that this was a real home where people had actually lived. Everything necessary is provided, and even more. I have never stayed in apartments with such an impressive level of detail. All appliances are available. The kitchen is fully equipped: dishes, forks, spoons, cooking utensils, spices, oil, and salt. Cleaning supplies are provided. This is very convenient, because usually you have to go out and buy these things even if you need them only once. Here, everything is ready for you. The apartment smells fresh and pleasant. I always pay attention to smell, and here it was perfect. The renovation is absolutely new, everything is harmoniously arranged, clean, and modern. The atmosphere is quiet. From the balcony, you can hear the river flowing. Neighbors do not disturb at all. There are no downsides. Everything is ideal.

The accomodation and staff, especially Pablo, were fantastic. Our flight connection was delayed and Pablo helped organise transport so we could still arrive the day planned. We even received a Christmas gift. It was a great location which made it easy to access all Crans-Montana had to offer. The accomodation was modern, clean and luxurious. I highly recommend this property.
