Nice, spacious and very clean rooms. Cows and pigs around the property (which the kids loved). Very kind host! She suggested we could still go for a swim in the Sempachersee and have something to eat by the water (very nice swimming area, just a few minutes away by car). Small, very friendly dog that came to play (after checking with us whether it was okay).

Everything about the stay was good. Ralph was very kind, friendly and helpful. He was okay for us to check in and was waiting for us during our expected arrival time, planned his day accordingly but we were not able to do early check in as we got delayed. He gave clear instructions for self check in along with pictures which was helpful. He even offered to pick us up from the station and drop us. The apartment is new, very clean and we were surprised to see all the facilities which he had provided for our stay. There were slippers, bathrobes, towels for all. The kitchen was super clean with all the necessary utensils, appliances, even basic things like olive oil, paprika, balsamic vinegar, sugar, salt, different types of coffee pods, powder, tea packets. And there was a bottle of coke waiting for us in the fridge. Ralph had even taken care of the usb cables, we could find all types of cables for charging our devices. And many thanks to Ralph, as he provided pocket WiFi along with home WiFi, which no other host has provided till now. It helped us a lot even on the top of Titlis. The bathroom was big, with all the amenities. It had all types of body wash, shampoo, moist toilet paper, hair dryer, make remover, eye makeup remover, ear buds, tissues, cotton pads, etc. I cannot make all the list here for what facilities he had provided. The best part of the apartment was its view from the balcony. Everything is available at walkable distance. Me and my family had an amazing stay and the host was exceptional. I will definitely recommend his apartments to my friends and I would love to stay in his other apartments near Interlaken as well the next time I visit. Thank you loads Ralph for making our stay at your apartment such an amazing experience which we will not forget our entire life.

Lady at the reception , I think her name was Cristiane(not sure if I got the name right) was very helpful throughout the stay. She helped us with upgrade just bcoz our rooms bathroom light was not working.

    Great location, easy self-checkin and check-out with your phone. At the ground floor of the hotel there is a restaurant and a bar. Free parking space on the side, we could see the car from the room’s window. The room was clean, the bed was big and comfortable.

    The online check in was really good I likes that and opening the door with the phone is really nice too. Shower had good pressure and the location is good (15 min drive to Luzern)
