Everything was great about the property. The host was so kind and we literally had everything in the property. There was a nice kitchen with all amenities and appliances, very spacious bedroom, very spacious living room and smart tv if you wanna watch some Netflix. The location was very near to the lake and we could see the snow mountain from the windows. Would certainly recommend this property.

Really loved the hotel! The room i got comes with very super nice view facing the lake. The staff was very nice and friendly especially Carlo. The guy at reception. He is very friendly and helpful with providing the information and help pickup our bag and treat us very nicely. The parking was very convenient with many spaces available. The breakfast was so good especially the croissant with butter spread. I stayed one night n miss the place already. Definitely must come again next time. Love love this hotel. I dont mind to pay for higher price again for the staff hospitality and nice room we had. <3 <3 <3 *uploaded photo and edit to hide my son face.

Hands down the best hotel stay. So clean, beautifully furnished, breakfast was gourmet, and overall the best hotel stay. This goes down as our number 1 and we have traveled all over the world and stayed in 5 star hotels. I'm an professional conference planner and this was hospitality at it's best. Everything was excellent. The apartment is exactly according to the pictures. Spacious and very comfortable for a couple. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and even more than what is provided in other apartments. (eg baking paper). The owner of the apartment, the wonderful Irma, collects the garbage for recycling once a day, and about once every two days the normal garbage. We stayed five nights and after three nights she changed our towels. Everything we wanted we got. When the internet stopped going up, she came up to us and didn't leave until we saw that it was working again. The location is excellent. A quiet town within a very short walking distance to a train station from where you can go anywhere. to the main sites in the region and through Interlaken to any other city. There is convenient parking for guests.

We brought our dog who was made very wellcome 2 mins walk to bus & boat stations. 1 min walk to restaurant that is also dog friendly Lovely owners Breakfast was great and any special requests welcome.     Everything is perfect Helpful host, beautiful place, perfect for hiking. nice apartment, clean and cozy... equipped kitchen... Good experience in swiss country side with farmer host, kids loved to see cows, goats, cat, and dog... Perfect for walk, if someone want to walk a bit uphill then do not drive by car, take a bus and walk a bit...to reach the apartment... Not recommended with baby stroller...or wheelchair...

    Beautiful old house, very cozy atmosphere, the host was very friendly and easy to arrange a late check out. Perfect location to go on walks and admire the nature without all the tourists and chaos from Interlaken. Our dog loved it too, we will come back!

    The staff was really nice. The place was near lake Brienz, you had beach access, breakfast if you wanted, a really cozy common room and cozy bedrooms. The bedrooms are cozy, warm and you have a beautiful view from each window. The place was dog friendly, which was good since we had our husky with us. And the staff was really amazing.
