Awesome convenient location , out of the world host . Huge apartment with hygiene of a 5 star hotel , big windows , bright sunshine. Fully equipped kitchen , very comfortable beds , super wifi . The host were very helpful about guiding as with local insights & mentioned that they are available 24/7 for any assistance. Very peaceful & quite surrounding . Perfect place for a quite serene vacation . View from every window & the huge balcony is a icing on already a wonderful cake .

To be honest, the place was clean, wonderful, and very quiet. We and the children enjoyed the atmosphere of the real Swiss countryside, away from the crowds of the city. Mrs. Paula Natalia, the owner of the house, is very respectful. But you must be careful with children and not cause disturbance to local residents. The place is strategic because it is located between the city of Interlaken and the tourist village of Grindelwald and Lautabrunnen. It's close to all tourist places.

To start, i cannot find the words to describe the view from the hotel. It was one of the best views i’ve ever seen in my entire life. The hotel is located up in the mountains but it is accessible by car and they provide Free parking lots. We received the check in information before our stay and everything was smooth. The staff are really friendly and professional. All facilities are clean. Although there is no fridge in the room, each floor has a common one where u can put your food and label it. You have also an ironing table to use in the lobby. The last day was sunny so we enjoyed our breakfast outdoors. You can enjoy the walk around the hotel. I loved waking up hearing the bells on the cows. I enjoyed my stay and I would definitely come back. Thank you.

An excellent accommodation in Interlaken. Short walk from Interlaken West train station, near stores and groceries, but still a quiet area. The view from the property is great (you can even see people paragliding). The instruction of the host for luggage deposit and key collection is very clear (they even have marks with your name on to lead you on the correct way). The host is very responsive. A good place to experience a local Swiss chalet.

Super friendly and hospitable staff. We had our room booked and paid ahead of time, but when the staff noticed that we were less than satisfied they upgraded us with no extra cost. The staff always made me feel welcome and appreciated, very personable and lots of attention to detail. Special thanks to Alex ant the front desk and Roman at the Spa for their kindness. The spa is wonderful and included with great sauna and steam and a very good size panoramic pool. The feel of the hotel is elegant and classic. Wonderful piano music with dinner. Incredible breakfast with wonderful staff.

The staff was excellent and helped us and accommodated a ch he to a room with a magnificent lake view. The breakfast was very good. The location was good with a beautiful view of lake Thun and was an easy drive to all our visit locations.

After my poor Interlaken stay this was delightful. The location for a swim in the lake, big room and bathroom for one, verandah, great staff, and excellent dinner and breakfast overlooking the lake.

The Breakfast was very good with regional food and fruits. The view at the Breakfast Restaurant was also spectacular overlooking Thunersee. Staff were very good, friendly and flexible. They have very big parking lot for guests across the hotel which is really convenient. Location-wise it is very close to Interlaken and there is a small beach bar by the lake which is really great to have a picnic/swim in the Thunersee.

Breathtaking view from the balcony of the room seeying the beautiful Lake Thun. 10-12 minutes drive to Interlaken and property offers free parking and is pet friendly too. They gave us an upgraded room with an outsanding view. Breakfast was also decent. Overall really like the property
