It was such a gorgeous chalet to stay at and was the perfect Swiss village quintessential experience. It is quite remote and it is easier to reach if you have a car. There is a train station 500 mtrs away.

It is a very smart decision. 1 day before check-in they block 350 CH on my bank account as a guarantee of the order in the room during my visit. I received # of our room by sms. When we arrived, there was a stick with my name on the door, and the key was inside the room. The next morning I visited reception and filled in documents. Check out the same. We put the key on the table and went out. The hotel is situated close to the train station. This is so cozy, quiet, and comfortable accommodation. I completely recommend 100%.

Every staff member from the customer service, front of the house, back of the house, cleaning staff, and kitchen staff were above reproach and conducted their respective duties with excellence. Hotel is quite old, but very well maintained and clean. We especially enjoyed the spa with outdoor heated pool and three saunas. Outdoor pool, hot tub and saunas are all 16+ years accessible only. Great dinner choices (fish, meats, vegan options, porridge, lot of vegetables, fruits and bread). No soup. Very professional and kind staff. Spacious rooms. Only basic amenities in bathroom (soap, washing gel), towels. Good value for money. Exceeded our expectations based on previous reviews..

Amazing hotel, very cosy and personal was really nice. SPA is fantastic ! You can access the slopes directly by taking the little train next to the hotel. Prefect place to mix a ski trip and relaxing moment at the SPA. I will come back!

    The location was absolutely breathtaking! The host was very helpful, friendly, and had wonderful recommendations for restaurants & sights in the area. I seriously felt like I was waking up in a fairytale, with the music of cowbells surrounding us, the unbelievable view of the mountains directly outside our balcony, and beautiful hiking trails just outside our door. I would absolutely return to this beautiful Magical Hideaway!

    What a wonderful location and great service at the hotel. The receptions are very competent and attentive, the rooms are spacious and bright - with amazing views to the Alps! The jacuzzi and sauna make for an amazing experience. This is exactly what I was looking for, at a more than reasonable price. Would definitely recommend!
