Everything was on the top level. The location is perfect and the staff were very helpful! Will definitely come back. The only wish I would add is to have fresh vegetables for breakfast (like tomatoes/cucumbers).

This is probably the most beautiful place in Switzerland we’ve been to. Very nice rooms with amazing views (even the mountain view), excellent breakfast, very kind personnel always helpful, many options for eating, all very good (especially the Titschli), lovely bar lounge with a wonderful pianoman singing in the evenings (thank you G D Angelo for the enchanting after dinner music), fabulous spa and very good kids spa too (enjoyable by parents as well), not to mention the incredible scenery surrounding the place, and really good ski school. Just an amazing place thank you all!

My stay at the hotel was simply fantastic. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly attentive and friendly, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The hospitality demonstrated by the team made me feel at home from the very beginning. The hotel facilities were exceptional, with the highlight being the pool, which proved to be a haven of relaxation. Spending time there was a truly rejuvenating experience after a day filled with activities in Engelberg. The cleanliness and maintenance of the pool were impeccable, greatly contributing to my enjoyment. I cannot praise enough the delicious breakfast served each morning. The variety and quality of the food surpassed my expectations. From healthy options to indulgent delights, the breakfast was a feast that provided the perfect energy to start the day exploring Engelberg. In summary, my stay at this hotel was great in every aspect. The combination of exceptionally friendly staff, high-quality facilities, and a delicious breakfast created an unforgettable experience. I will definitely be returning on my next visit to Engelberg

The staff was fantastic - so kind and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious, location was perfect and the bed was very comfortable. We loved being close to the mountain and to town. The price was so reasonable for Switzerland and we would definitely return!

The restaurant was very nice, and the staff were friendly upon arrival. Breakfast was ok as well. The location is beautiful, great scenery all around the hotel, and we were there on a beautiful day!

This is simply an extraordinary location in the Alps! I spent 3 weeks touring on my motorcycle, and this was by far my highlight. This is a honest as you can get as a proper Swiss stay in the Alps. The bar, restaurant was just honest and original, fantastically good cold beers, and amazing food in large portions served piping hot. The rooms were authentically alpine acommodation, super comfortable and clean.
