The family room is two standard rooms with a common door. The cleanliness is perfect. Despite the fact that it is a roadside hotel, the atmosphere is very pleasant, both inside and outside the hotel. Free coffee, tea, water, croissants/muffins at the front desk. Room with toys, board games and a pool table. A voucher for breakfast at a nearby cafe can be purchased at reception for 18 francs for an adult and 12 francs for a child. We didn't use it, we had enough croissants and coffee. There is a small supermarket by the cafe.

This apartment is amazing. It was so big with lots of very thoughtful extras, like coffee and basics in the pantry. Not to mention the exquisite location in the centre of the beautiful old village of Bellinzona that is pedestrians only. It was well worth the parking outside the village and walking in with our bags.

I enjoyed staying at Casa Sheila, we’ll equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, beautiful garden. If you’re travailing by car, there’s a garage for it. The location of a house is also very comfortable, everything is nearby.

What a lovely place, in a beautiful green, quiet location, just outside of Gudo, overlooking the vineyards and the mountains. Marco is a great host, kind to everyone, open for chats (which we love) and very attentive. We stayed 5 nights and the breakfast was perfect, every single day. He makes good coffee, there were different cheeses to choose from every day, and fresh fruit, among others. We were also very happy with the beds, after almost a week in Interlaken with super soft beds, we were happy with these nice, sturdy matrasses. Marco also organizes dinners. We were able to enjoy one of them and we were very satisfied. We will come again, when we're back in Ticino! With the Ticino ticket that you get upon arrival, you can use all means of public transport in Ticino free of charge. That's a huge bonus. Bellinzona is only 20 minutes by bus and from there you can take great walks, either high up in the mountains (using a cable car to get there), or lower, there's ample choice.

    Location is near the highway, so it is a passage-hotel. It is clean, but basic. The bed is hard, and the pillows are in polyester. Everything is focused on maintenace.

    Great location, close to all the places around - Bellinzona, Monte Tamaro spa, Lugano, Locarno, Ascona, mountains. Very convenient access to good hiking paths. All rooms are looking on the mountains and the river, very quiet. Great food in the restaurant for reasonable prices.

    Excellent location for a stop over when driving from Lake Como into Switzerland. Basic but clean, staff excellent and the services next doors is spot on. Rooms are basic but for a 1 night stop over it’s fine.

    Strategic location if traveling by car from or to Italy (and Côte d'Azur) Hotel has good parking places (including EV cars load facility) and is in a quiet location. Rooms are clean and have good beds, TV, Wifi and shower facilities In a 2 minutes walk you can visit the nearby Marche for drinks, breakfast, lunch and dinner. You will get 20% discount by showing your check in card from the hotel Note: the hotel also serves a simple but ok breakfast (croissants, orange jus, coffee/tea)

    Stayed before. It's expensive but meets my needs. Right on the motorway but quiet with loads of fields for off-lead dog walking at the back of the hotel, and a motorway restaurant next door. 20% discount at the restaurant. Dog friendly (20CHF/c€20 supplement). Room immaculately clean. Free flavoured water (still/sparking), coffee and teas and croissants in the morning.
