Staff very friendly. View was beautiful. For the price, it is really good. It is on the flight path, but if the windows are shut then you cannot hear anything. It is next to a supermarket which was useful. Also, there is a tiny (I mean really tiny) beach just opposite if you want to go in the lake. A really good restaurant about 5 minutes' walk away where you can eat fish from the lake. Rental bikes are just outside the hotel. It is not a glitzy central Geneva hotel - but if you want somewhere nice to stay for business/travel/ meeting up with friends, then this is a great find for a fraction of the price.

Exceptional hotel and attitude. Amazing staff, in particular the reception people, extremely helpful, finding solutions for every single situation. The hotel is very clean, nice and cosy rooms. There’s a nice bar with live music, go for a cocktail 😊. Great location. We had to go back to Geneva a week later and stayed here again. Best decision ever. Choose Bristol and enjoy.

It s unforgettable feeling like you are in city of Switzerland but having resort facilities. Like the smell of amenities and whole ambiance of the hotel. You feel home at La Reserve accomodations.     Very clean and comfortable modern hotel, elevated position giving lakeside views. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was very convenient for public transport giving access to city and lakeside destinations. Free public transport travel pass.
