I liked the lovely old building and the garden and I liked having breakfast outside as the sun came up. The buffet was very good and so was the staff. It was nice seeing you all working so well together to serve dinner.

It has a fantastic location at the entrance to the beautiful, unspoiled village of Soglio and with the most extraordinary views across the Val Bregaglia to the Bregaglia range and the Val Bondasca. The young staff team are brilliant, incredibly helpful and multi-lingual. The buffet breakfast was good and the restaurant food verging on fine dining. The terrace overlooking the valley on which drinks and restaurant meals are served is lovely. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Simply stunning.

Location and building utterly astonishing. History. Whilst not a 5* hotel, the room was large, comfortable, good beds, part old, part new furniture. Excellent modern bathroom. Grand views. Did not have the breakfast which other commentators have criticised.

Old charming building in the middle of the ski slopes. Ideal for those who love winter sport. We had a lovely vintage (with history) room with everything we needed. Very pleasant and friendly service, good breakfast. The hotel has restaurant with good cuisine. A bit expensive, yes, but they offer a good discount if you stay 3 night at least.

    Cozy room with nice views of the valley. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast. I got a covered parking for my motorbike. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Excellent location to discover Maloja Pass and Chiavenna area. I really enjoyed the stay there.

    The owners are very kind. They do their best to accommodate us. The room is very clean. The view is great. Dinner was excellent! Location is just a few steps from bus stop. Lovely place and we would definitely come back!
