Staff were excellent, very nice and friendly. Hotel was very clean and spotless. It's halfway between mountains and big cities, that's why we picked this location. It's about 40 minutes from Basel airport and 1 hour 20 minutes from Titilis mountains. You need to rent a car if you choose this hotel. Thank you for all your kindness and hard work. Very friendly people! I came quite last-minute but they had my room ready. It was large with a good bathroom, very clean and a good bed. Included breakfast was way too much for one person, but better too much than too little. Free parking as well. The single-occupancy price was very good for Switzerland standards which made this perfect for me. I cannot comment on regular pricing.

The hotel staff went out of their way to guarantee us as much comfort as possible. They even asked us beforehand if we wanted to have breakfast which then was served promptly during our stay. The room was very large and comfortable. I actually slept so well that in the morning, I first thought that I‘m at home.

Hotel Arte is located near Olten's Main Train Station and a 7-minute walk from the Old Town. The bright rooms were all renovated and re-designed in March 2015 and feature a flat-screen TV and a safe.

We stayed here in July, and I was genuinely impressed by how thoughtful and accommodating the staff were. When we requested fans because of the summer heat, they didn’t just give us one or two — they provided enough for every bedroom and even one for the living room. That kind of detail really shows how much they care about guest comfort. We stayed in a 3-bedroom apartment, which was spacious and very well laid out. Each bedroom had its own bathroom, and there was even an additional toilet in the living room — which was so practical for a group like ours. They also brought us electric kettles when we asked, and when we pointed out that the sofa leg was broken, they fixed it right away — no waiting, no fuss. Everyone we met was polite, respectful, and eager to help. It’s hard to find places that go this extra mile, but this one truly did. I felt so comfortable here, and I already know this will be my go-to place whenever I return. Highly recommended!

We stayed in two different apartments on two separate dates but both two day stays in same week. First stay was excellent - apartment was great and the check in and ease of access was great, Apartment 5 was super clean and completely private.
