I had a late check in and a middle-of-the-night check-out and they were flexible with both. In fact, I was worried about ordering my own taxi so late, since I had problems with Uber in other parts of Chile, but the hotel arranged it for me at a fair price, and I even paid for it ahead of time so I didn't have to worry about getting the right cash ready before leaving Chile. Very convenient all around! And the room itself and shower etc. were exactly as described. Would stay again for sure!

Our flight from Santiago airport was cancelled late at night and this place was 9 minutes from the airport. We needed somewhere to stay and sleep for 8 hours. It's very basic but very clean and low cost. The owners were very helpful, taking us back to the airport the next day at 4am. Excellent service.
